What we do with the details you send through the quote form on mdmservers.com, and how to ask us to update or delete them.

Who is responsible
MDM Servers is responsible for the personal data collected on this site.
What we collect
When you ask for a quote, the form asks for:
- Full name
- Company
- Work email
- Phone or WhatsApp number
- Country
- Number of devices
- Device types
- Main use
- When you need the service
- Your message, if you write one
Along with it we save the estimate from the fleet meter (plan and monthly price), the language and page you sent it from, and the campaign tags in the link, if there were any.
To block spam and abuse we also keep your browser type and a coded version of your IP address, not the address itself.
What we use it for
- To prepare and send the quote you asked for.
- To follow up with you about that quote and our service.
- To protect the form from spam and abuse.
We only use your data for these purposes.
Where it’s kept and who sees it
Your request is saved in a database on the server that runs this site. Only the MDM Servers team can read it, from a private inbox that requires a username and password. We may also receive a copy by email so we can reply sooner.
We don’t sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your request for up to 24 months, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. After that we delete it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal data we hold about you and how we use it.
- Update or correct it.
- Delete it.
- Stop using it, by withdrawing the consent you gave in the form.
If you are in Colombia, these rights are protected by Law 1581 of 2012 on personal data protection, and you can file a complaint with the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce (SIC) if our answer doesn’t resolve your request.
How to ask us
Reply to the email we contact you from, or write to us through the quote form. Tell us what you need and the email you used in your request so we can find it.
We may ask you to confirm it’s you before we change or delete anything.
Cookies
The public site doesn’t use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. The only cookie is a session cookie in our private inbox, which keeps our team signed in. Visitors never receive it.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts. As with any file your browser downloads, Google receives your IP address to deliver them.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we’ll publish the new version on this page with its update date.
